Wake is a British based company -- all ingredients are sourced from the UK and EU.

We recommend you keep your products in a cool place away from direct light, or better yet, in the refrigerator.

Our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind, they are paraben and sulphate free.

Do Wake products contain SPF?

We currently do not have SPF in our products. However, we are always looking to improve and expand our product offerings, so please stay tuned for any updates in the future.

Do Wake products work for women and men?

Our products are formulated to work for all genders, so anyone can benefit from using Wake skincare products.

Are these products suitable for women who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding?

There is no associated risk using Wake formulations during pregnancy. We recommend you speak with your obsetetrician or dermatologist should you have any concerns regarding your particular circumstances.

Are Wake products non-comedogenic?

Our products are designed to be gentle and non-irritating for most skin types, and we take great care in selecting high-quality ingredients that are both effective and safe. Our products are formulated to be low-comedogenic.

What are your delivery options?

Allow 2 business days for your order to be processed, after which the following shipping times apply:
Free standard tracked delivery (UK only) for orders over £30.

Free next working day delivery with UPS (UK only) for order over £50.

Free worldwide delivery for orders over £60.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship worldwide. Exceptions include: Mexico, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Guatemala, Portugal and Afghanistan.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, including military.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.

I'm missing an item from my online order

It is not uncommon for orders with more than one item to be shipped in multiple packages, we recommend checking order tracking to confirm. Should there be items missing from your order, kindly contact our Customer Service team providing the following information to speed up the process - order number, name of missing product and shipping address.

Product arrived broken / damaged

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives broken or damaged, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team, providing your order number and a photograph of the damage.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60 day returns policy. If you would like to return an item, please contact us, and our Customer Service team will help you. In your email please provide your order ID, or another proof of purchase, so we can locate your order.

If you ordered on Amazon, please contact Amazon if you would like to return an item. Please also note that Amazon’s return policy is 30 days.

Can I return a product received as a gift?

In the event that a product you received as a gift is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate an exchange.
